New Empire EB-5 Regional Center ("NERC") received its federal designation in December  15, 2015 and January 4, 2016. NERC has been approved by the USCIS to focus, promote growth, and offer  capital investment opportunities in the New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut.  The principals in NERC have extensive experience in fund management, project development and construction experience. NERC has completed a number of projects that have been approved by the USCIS.
